We send all of our products frozen. The products are packaged in insulated box with appropriate amount of ice packs or dry ice depending on the final destination and its current temperature.

The shipping costs is based on the cost of the products. This is our current tiers of shipping cost:
0-300 dollars – 40.95
300-500 dollars – 50.95
500-700 dollars – 60.95
700 dollars and up – 70.95
For shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, please add 25 to each box shipped.

Usually we try to ship as soon as we receive the order. The dates could be adjusted to avoid products sitting over the weekend. We make sure that the products get to your door in 2 days or less.

We recommend to thaw the product in the fridge. The time it takes to fully thaw will depend on the type of product, but allow 24 hours for every 4 to 5 lbs.
